Company “Victoria Invest LLC” has several years of experience and specialized staff (environment engineer, Mechanical engineer etc. ) in the field of Urban Surface Clearance and Urban landfill . We conducted from 2012-15 cleaning service in Tirana and currently in Elbasan city since 2006 and ongoing.

In the Republic of Kosovo, we are completing a project with the municipality of Suhareka, a 20 -year term for cleaning the Commune and integrated waste management, which involves selective separation of waste and recycling. Our company has the largest number of technological tools for this service and have approximately 250 employees in this sector. We are among the few companies in Albania specialized in waste management. We are certified with ISO 9001:2008 and 14001:2004 standards for the environment. In this regard, we confirm that we have the necessary skills, experience and also financial opportunities and capabilities required to perform services in a satisfactory manner as required.

Since 2003, our company successfully implemented a number of projects with investors: foreign institutions and organizations, municipalities, etc. These contracts were for construction of highways object construction dam, channel rehabilitation, construction civilian objects, etc. In 2006, VICTORIA INVEST INTERNATIONAL Group, started the engagement in the construction market in the Republic of Albania, by carrying out a variety of important projects, including the construction of Lot 3 of the Durres-Morine. Currently, the construction activity of our society is focused on the territory of the Republic of Albania & Republic of Kosovo, where we have most of the technical capacity, facilities and machinery. Recently we have completed the construction of road axis Librazhd – Dibër, in length of 55km. Also we four contract agreements (60km of roads) with Albanian Development Fund (ADF), and 30km of roads in Republic of Kosovo divided in two projects financed by Ministry of Infrastructure of Republic of Kosovo.

Currently, company is also constructing Yachts Port (marina) and Tourism Complex in Kalaja e Turres in cooperation with FINSEC Switzerland. The (PPP) project relates to the construction of a tourist yacht port that will serve to position and accommodation of small tools maritime navigation, maritime tourists in use domestic or foreign. Marine Tourism in our country is in the first steps of development. In the past that has been insignificant developments, due to the policy of closed borders and marine isolationist policies of our country. Planed Area of Port of yacht has is 17 ha and contains: space port which will be Gatwick for about 850 boats from 8 to 35 m, and mega-yacht berths for up to 50 m. At the entrance will be the lighthouse and observation tower, the hotel will also have a restaurant port, commercial area with shops, boutiques bars, restaurants etc., and infrastructure necessary for the operation of it. Port will be one of the most important buildings in the area of tourism development “Turrës Castle” and aims to be the most important tourist port in Albania.
